KEPRO Maine will be launching our new platform on July 1, 2017!


Atrezzo: KEPRO’s New Web-Based Application Reminder  

Effective July 5, 2017 at 8 a.m., KEPRO will launch the new innovative web-based provider portal, called Atrezzo which will be used for entering requests and reviews. Atrezzo will replace CareConnection on this date. 

Effective June 28, 2017 at 6 p.m., KEPRO will migrate all existing authorization data from CareConnection to Atrezzo and you will no longer be able to enter requests and reviews into CareConnection at that time. KEPRO staff will process all submissions entered prior June 28, 2017 and they will be returned via normal download notification process by June 30, 2017.

Service-Specific Conference Call Schedule 2016

KEPRO-Maine is pleased to announce the 2016 schedule of service-specific conference calls. These calls are intended to enhance communication with KEPRO and its stakeholders. Both DHHS and the provider network are invited to participate. KEPRO Operations, Clinical manager, Medical Director and Clinical team members will participate in the calls as applicable.

All calls will be topic specific and are held on a rotating basis. The calls are on Thursdays from 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Please refer to the schedule below for topic areas and dates. All calls can be accessed by dialing 866.754.2932 and using the Access Code 941-526-8027.
