Wait List Information

The following links display reports that show the number of people waiting for services, by location in the state and by provider. These Wait List Reports show the number of people waiting, the average number of days they've been waiting and the longest number of days one of them has waited for service. These reports can be used by members who would like to find a service provider, by providers who wish to know if there is a need for new services in a particular area and by policy makers who want to understand and plan for the delivery of behavioral health services in our state.

Instructions For Use
You can view these reports either in your web browser, or by saving to your computer. Saving to your computer will allow you to easily work with the information in the report.

After saving to your computer, open the report with Excel. Use the "sort" function in Excel to organize the report in the ways that you want. For example, sort by "Provider" to see wait lists for each provider. Sort by location (CSN or District) to see wait lists in different parts of the state. The reports are updated every day. If data in the report is incorrect, please call
