Service Grid Revisions for 10/1/09

The Service Grid is being revised effective 10/1/09.  These revisions are taking place consistent with changes in DHHS-MaineCare policy and DHHS contract requirements.

1. Procedure codes are added for Long Term Supported Employment Services and Invoicing.

2. Procedure codes are added for Baxter Fund Services and Invoicing.

3. Procedure code is added for Appendix F PNMIs that are “OAMHS contracted only”.

4. PASRR Level 1 and PASRR Level 2 codes are added.

5. Codes for “65N” Community Based Treatment for Children Without Permanency have been removed (as those services may bill with other codes now).

6. Substance Abuse Outpatient review type, days and units have been updated to reflect changes effective 9/1/09 and can be viewed by clicking here.
