Targeted Case Mgmt- Level I

Z9422

Targeted Case Mgmt- Level II

  2. Billing units are changing from 1 month to 15 minute
  3. The initial authorization period is changing from 180 days to 90 days

  5. For service dates in the month of September only, MECMS PA Billing authorization numbers are not required, and must not be included with claims for service dates in September 2008 for the TCM service codes.

These changes are reflected in the revised Service Grid, version 9/1/08.
