TCM Service Grid Revisions for 1-15-10

The Service Grid is being revised effective 1/15/10. 

Targeted Case Management Continued Stay Review default units will change from 60 units to 24 units effective 1/15/10.  This is not a service limit.  This is only a change in the default number of units.  Providers can manually change the default units in the request to ensure that the requested units are consistent with actual expected service utilization.  Units can be changed on the Service Requested page of APS CareConnection. This change is being made so that units requested reflect actual utilization of the service.
