Service Grid Revision for 1/1/09

The Service Grid is being revised effective 1/1/09.  These revisions are taking place in order to reduce provider administrative burden and to bring initial authorizations in line with promising and best practices.

Three Categories of Service are being added to the Service Grid.

1. “CAMP Program ONLY” for Procedure Code RH6.  This code is only for use by the CAMP program.

2. “WrapME TCM Only” for Procedure Code Z9423.  This code is only for use by DHHS-contracted “Wraparound Maine” providers.

3. “TF-CBT Child OP Contracted Providers ONLY” for Procedure Code H0004 for use by DHHS-contracted TF-CBT outpatient providers only.
