Multiaxial Assessment

On the Multiaxial Assessment screen you can skip the separate “ICD9 Search”page if you already know the code. Simply type in the numeric value and the description will automatically display in the field to it’s right. If you have entered it incorrectly you may delete and re-type. And the “ICD9 Search”option is still available when you need it. This change is effective February 28, 2008.

Multi-User Lockout

If another user is currently working with a record and you attempt to modify it you’ll be prohibited from making modifications at that time. You’ll see a message at the top of the screen letting you know that another user has the record open. You can return to that record at a later time to complete your request. This change is effective February 28, 2008.

Select Location for PNMI Services

When requesting a PNMI service you are now required to select one of your agency’s locations on the Administrative page (see following page for more information.) The drop box will include a list of only your agency’s locations, simply pick the appropriate one from the list. This field is only required for the services listed below, and you can skip it when requesting any other service. This change is effective March 5, 2008, and applies to the following services:
